Secure access to the powerful features of the Shorter Loop API is facilitated through an authentication token system. This token acts as your unique key, granting you authorization to interact with our API endpoints.
Using your preferred web browser, navigate to the Shorter Loop login page and enter your credentials.
2. Locate the Token Generation Section:
Once logged in, access your product settings
Go to Products Settings > Integrations.
Within the settings, locate the section dedicated to APIs.
Note: If you don't see an "Integrations" or "APIs" section within your settings, it's likely your account permissions are set to a standard user role and not a Super Admin. Super Admin privileges are required for generating API tokens. If this applies to you, contact your account administrator for assistance.3. Generate Your Token:
Having located the Integrations or APIs section within your settings, you should see an option to generate an API key. This might be labeled as "Generate API Key", Click on this button.
